Welcome to TrueLux Healthcare. My name is Nikita Owens, and I am the proud owner and founder of TrueLux Healthcare. We are a Georgia-based non-emergency medical transportation provider dedicated to helping individuals safely and comfortably reach the care they need.

As a Christian-owned business, our foundation is built on faith, compassion, integrity, and service to others. We believe every person deserves to be treated with dignity, respect, and kindness, and those values guide every interaction we have with our clients and their families.

At TrueLux Healthcare, we understand that transportation is more than simply getting from one place to another. For many seniors, veterans, individuals with disabilities, and patients managing ongoing medical needs, dependable transportation is an essential part of maintaining their health and independence. Our mission is to provide safe, reliable, and compassionate transportation services that families can trust.

My passion for serving others was inspired by my grandmothers, Elizabeth and Ola, whose love, strength, and compassion helped shape the values that guide this company today. Having had the privilege of caring for my grandmother Ola, I learned firsthand the importance of treating every individual with patience, empathy, and genuine care.
We operate by what I call the Grandmother Standard of Care. This means every passenger is treated like family. Whether we are providing transportation to medical appointments, dialysis treatments, hospital discharges, rehabilitation services, or other essential destinations, we are committed to delivering professional service with excellence and compassion.

As TrueLux Healthcare continues to grow, our vision includes expanding into home health and personal care services so we can support clients through an even broader range of healthcare needs. While transportation remains our primary focus today, our commitment to serving others with faith, integrity, and compassion will always remain at the heart of everything we do.
